Vitamin Endeavours

I've been making wonderful advances in my research to create the ultimate care bear vitamins. I just need some additional funding for my extensive trials and then I can start manufacturing the little treasures. I've looked into secured or second mortgage loans but will need to make some further enquiries before I can decide which would be the most beneficial. My accountant and financial advisor will assist me i'm sure.

As the trials will take months or longer, I will need to apply for my unsecured or secured loan as soon as possible. The vitamins themselves have been costly to produce and i'm sure the packaging and marketing will also be very expensive. This product will be highly profitable in the long run so all my expenditure will be well worth it.

To make the loan decision even harder, there are variable and fixed rate loans. These both have positive aspects but I think the fixed loan would give me the security against current interest rate increases. I can't wait to have all my money issues sorted so I can steam ahead with my product release!
